Each machine travels crated on a pallet straight from our supplier's warehouse and arrives by tail-lift in 7–12 working days. UK mainland delivery is included.
Track widths, clearances and weights are read off the machine or its data plate. Where a figure is not confirmed, the page says so.
Parts we supply are covered for two years and the engine for one. Cover starts on delivery and goes with the machine if you sell it.
Phones are answered Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and emails get a reply the same working day.
How it works

The machine is crated at our supplier's warehouse and handed to the carrier. We email you the carrier reference.
The carrier phones to book a delivery slot, then brings it to the kerb by tail-lift.
Inspect the crate before you sign, read the operator's instructions, and call us if anything is unclear.

Return any machine within 30 days of delivery. Faulty or mis-described machines are collected free with a full refund; a change of mind costs £150 for collection and nothing else. We charge no restocking fee, ever.
Two years on parts we supply and one year on the engine through the manufacturer's UK network. The warranty starts on delivery and transfers with the machine if you sell it on.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have a 30-day right to reject goods that are faulty or not as described. Everything we offer sits on top of that and takes nothing away from it.

Yes — every machine is new and unregistered, and ships crated direct from our supplier.
Free delivery covers the UK mainland including mainland Scotland. Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands are quoted individually — ask before you order and we will price it exactly.
The excavator and the dumper both run on rubber tracks, which spread the load far better than wheels, and the chipper and the grinder are wheeled rather than tracked. On soft or newly laid ground you should still board out a route — low ground pressure reduces marking, it does not remove it.
Inspect before you sign and note any damage on the carrier's paperwork — that note is what makes a claim straightforward. Photograph it, email us the same day and we arrange collection and a replacement at our cost.
